Free Coding Lessons for Kids @ Code Camp World



Introduce your kids to the world of programming as early as possible.

We started using Scratch Jr which is FREE to use.
We also attended one of the free session of Code Camp before and the kids enjoyed it specially when you talk about games and meeting other kids in the camp.

Now, every kids around the world will have an opportunity to try Code Camp World as they open their online coding platform to help kids around the world during this uncertain times for FREE.

Learning to code is empowering, and this quick activity will get your kids designing, coding and playing their very own game.

FREE 2 lessons (Games) : SuperSlimer and FireWall that takes around 1hour to complete. Your child will have built their very own game that can be shared to your friends and family members.

Any Code Camp World project can be easily published to our companion app, Code Camp Community - available on the App Store and Google Play.

What is Code Camp World?

After teaching over 100,000 kids to code using various platforms, we made a decision to build our very own software, Code Camp World with all the features we felt were missing from other ‘off-the-shelf’ solutions.

Designed, developed and launched all from within the four walls of our Sydney HQ, Code Camp World is now in use in thousands of classrooms across the world.

Features
Code Camp World is one of the most comprehensive coding education platforms in existence today. Several learning modes allow students to learn a variety of coding disciplines from drag & drop to JavaScript. Students can build websites in HTML & CSS and stunning games too.

Build, play, share
Any Code Camp World project can be easily published to our companion app, Code Camp Community - available on the App Store and Google Play.

They will send an email for the registration and creation of Code Camp World account and choose a lesson plan: SuperSlimer or FireWall (which you can do both). It takes about 1 hour each to complete. You need to provide an email as they send the link on your email to SHARE your games to anyone.
- Once you register or create an account, go back to your email to start your lesson on SuperSlimer or FireWall
- You need to switch between 2 windows/browser page for the instruction and the other window/page is where you do the actual coding.

Note: Kids may need assistance while doing this activity but they would get the idea after assisting them on how to follow instructions.

1. SuperSlimer 
In Super Slimer, our hero is a friendly slime blob that has to bounce her way through levels, collecting coins and avoiding baddies.


2. Fire Wall
In Firewall, our hero is a wizard or witch faced with waves of endless baddies and evil spells who shoots fireballs to score points and survive as long as possible.
